Baruch Ben Dor –
Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Ben Dor is a Physics
Ph.D. and a graduate of the highly
prestigious “Talpiot” academy of the Israeli
Air Force with over 20 years experience in
the Electro Optics (EO) field - 9 years in
the defense industry and 11 years in the
medical equipment industry. In his recent
job, Dr. Ben Dor was the general manager of
a start up company (Medibell Medical Vision
Technologies Ltd.) in the field of
ophthalmic digital photography leading it
through finishing of prototype R&D, beta
testing, production setup and sales and
marketing network development. Prior to
Medibell Dr. Ben Dor served for a short
period as the director of marketing in
Medibell’s mother company, CMT Medical (OEM
producer of digital X-ray for Toshiba
Medical). Dr. Ben Dor gained his
international marketing experience as the
vascular program director in the marketing
department of ESC/Sharplan, an Israeli based
worldwide leader company in the field of
medical lasers (called Lumenis today, after
a merge with Coherent medical), building
worldwide net of reference sites for sales
support, conducting clinical studies and
producing successful marketing campaigns.
David L. Solt –
Vice President for Research and Development
Mr. Solt is an Electrical
Engineer with 32 years of experience in
electronic equipment development; 17 years
in medical electronic devices development
and 15 years in military and commercial
communications. Prior to joining
InfraScan, Inc., Mr. Solt was the
VP of Manufacturing and R&D with
Valley Forge Scientific Corp., directing
the research team and leading the
manufacturing team. Before that, Mr. Solt founded Omnitronix, a solid state
AM Broadcast transmitter manufacturer.
Mr. Solt holds a Master’s Degree in
Business Administration and a Master’s
Degree in Engineering.
Randy Langston– Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Mr. Langston has 32 years of experience in sales and marketing of medical devices, and was most recently employed by Advanced Neuromodulation Systems (“ANS”) as Director of Market Development for deep brain stimulation therapies. Previously, Mr. Langston was employed by Medtronic / Sofamor Danek as Vice President of Neurologic Technologies International, and Group Director of Marketing for Image Guided Surgery. Mr. Langston began his medical device career with Codman & Shurtleff, a division of Johnson & Johnson, where he held numerous positions in sales, sales management and marketing. Mr. Langston holds a B.B.A. Degree in Marketing from Texas A&M University.
