Baruch Ben Dor

Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Ben Dor is a Physics Ph.D. and a graduate of the highly prestigious “Talpiot” academy of the Israeli Air Force with experience in the Electro Optics field since 1988, both in the defense and in the medical device industries. In his recent job, Dr. Ben Dor was the general manager of a startup company (Medibell Medical Vision Technologies Ltd.) in the field of ophthalmic digital photography leading it through finishing of prototype R&D, beta testing, production setup and sales and marketing network development. Prior to Medibell Dr. Ben Dor served for a short period as the director of marketing in Medibell’s mother company, CMT Medical (OEM producer of digital X-ray for Toshiba Medical). Dr. Ben Dor gained his international marketing experience as the vascular program director in the marketing department of ESC/Sharplan, an Israeli based worldwide leader company in the field of medical lasers, building worldwide net of reference sites for sales support, conducting clinical studies and producing successful marketing campaigns.

Patrick Hutchison

Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Hutchison has worked for over 30 years in accounting and finance in the Philadelphia area, including the past 12 years in the biopharmaceutical and medical device industries. He spent 11 of those years as Corporate Controller at Cephalon, Inc. as it grew from a small US based company with one product to an international company with over 180 products and almost $3 billion in revenues. Mr. Hutchison was involved in almost all areas of finance at Cephalon during this period, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and special transactions such as M&A, convertible debt and equity financings, product acquisitions, and collaborations. Prior to Cephalon, Mr. Hutchison held senior Finance positions at Philadelphia-based service companies including Pierce Leahy Corp and Day and Zimmermann, and he began his career on the audit staff with Deloitte in Philadelphia. Mr. Hutchison graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a BS in Economics from the Wharton School, and is a CPA.

David L. Solt

Vice President for Research and Development
Mr. Solt is an Electrical Engineer who has been working in electronic equipment development since 1976; Most of that time has been in medical electronic devices development and the balance has been in military and commercial communications. Prior to joining InfraScan, Inc., Mr. Solt was the VP of Manufacturing and R&D with Valley Forge Scientific Corp., directing the research team and leading the manufacturing team. Before that, Mr. Solt founded Omnitronix, a solid state AM Broadcast transmitter manufacturer. Mr. Solt holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and a Master’s Degree in Engineering.

Yosef Ben Dor

Vice President for Sales and Marketing
Mr. Ben Dor has an MBA from INSEAD, and has a strong international experience as a former diplomat with 5 languages and years of living and working in Asia and Europe. Mr. Ben Dor has proven record in Sales and Distribution Channel Management and profound understanding & experience in building strategic relations with big multinational firms. In his recent position as the director of sales in Russia for Kodak Graphic Arts he grew annual sales from €12M to €60M within 3 years.

Karen Stephens RN, BSN

Director of Clinical Affairs and Education
Ms. Stephens is a dedicated medical device research professional with over 20 years expertise in emergency and critical care medicine; in hospital and with both established and early stage medical device companies. Ms. Stephens has authored CEU’s, served as primary proctor/expert trainer with multiple investigational and FDA approved devices. Ms. Stephens is experienced with multiple clinical studies providing expertise in the development, commercialization, marketing and approval process of these investigational devices.
